The plans represent renovation of the second floor of what was formerly the Sears department store. Jones Memorial Library relocated from 434 Rivermont Avenue to the 2311 Memorial Avenue space in the 1980s and renovated the second floor above the Lynchburg Public Library. Please note that these plans were scanned on a Contex Ultra 4200 at 200 dpi and saved in pdf format.
