NEW PADDY WAGON-Lynchburg police are testing new "Black Maria" recently delivered to department. According to Traffic Sgt. C.E. Tuggle, two men will be assigned to vehicle, slated for patrol duty. Old wagon will reamin parked at police headquarters to make supplementary calls.
